First prevention of deviance in workplace With emphasis on private hospital

One of the most important problem that private hospital are struggle with it is deviance. Private organization and thire Employee are more in risk of deviance. Because  in this kind of organization isn’t enough observation and they need the first prevention. At first we try to solve this problem by third category of prevention, Meanwhile the first prevention is more important than other kinds. after searching different acts of other countries we found some countries the same as France and India had written law about it that their rules can uses as a sample for our country. after searching different acts and rules writer found there are some of acts that use for first prevention in our country but we need special act in this case.
